For the USA: Most orders are delivered, on average, within 10-14 business days. On some rare occasions, due to holidays or unseen circumstances, orders may take a few more days. For that reason, please allow 21 business days before contacting us. 

For Canada, Australia and the U.K.: Most orders are delivered on average, within 21 business days. On some rare occasions, due to holidays or unseen circumstances, orders may take a few more days. For that reason, please allow 30 business days before contacting us.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, we want to fix it. Simply return your package along with any item from your order in original condition for a refund or exchange. Please be aware that you are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Please Be Aware: Our Print On Demand products (like shirts, hoodie, mugs, laptop sleeves, etc.) are made on demand. Meaning there are made to the exact specification of the Buyer. Therefore, no refund or exchange can be done because the customer made an error while buying (i.e: wrong size or color). Only if the error was from our end or if the product is defective will an exchange or refund be accepted.

Note: To receive an exchanged item more quickly, return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order today. You will be responsible for shipping fees associated with the return/exchange. The method of shipping the item(s) back to us is your choice; we recommend you receive a tracking number when returning your package to ensure proof of delivery.
