Love the water fall incense burner. I knew I had to have it the first time I saw it. Bought one for me & also my daughter. It works great, just like it shows. Also like the different smells of the cones. I really like the fact that the cones do last longer now. Before it was gone before you knew it. Keep up the good work.

I ordered 2 of these burners awhile back for Xmas presents therefore didn’t order extra scents as hadn’t opened the box ‘til now when ready to wrap.......noticing about 10 scents included and was wondering if I could order more scents to have later? I love this!! I found it on FaceBook and ordered it! Since Inreceived it Inhave ordered 3 packages of the insense cone.
My ONLY complaint is that the cones only last about 15 minutes. Do you have any that last longer?

Very decorative incense burner and very relaxing watching the smoke fall. The only problem is having to use this special incense to make the smoke flow downward. Regular incense will not cause this effect to happen.

We intend to give this as a gift but loved it so much we kept it planning to order another. It is so cool to watch and the fragrance is not overly strong we can't handle strong scents . Make sure when you order the incense that you ordered the back flow ones other ones don't work

This is by far the most fun I've ever had with incense. The smoke falls down just as described and the scent is earthy and nice. The cones it comes with are hollow, which I believe is likely a necessary characteristic. I haven't tried it with regular incense cones, but I'm thinking the smoke goes out of the bottom of the cone into the hole in the burner in order to create the foggy, watery effect so that little hollowed out feature is non-negotiable. The burner comes with a small bag of about 10 cones and but I only wish I had ordered more at first.

Works just as pictured! Great!! I would suggest buying extra incense cones. Love the design, stability and functionality of this piece. It came packaged well. Gave it as a gift to my boyfriend and he is very pleased!
